Stylish 2BR Apartment – Walk to Bondi Beach

Good value overall and walking distance to the Bondi beach Positive: Spacious , good kitchen utensils and seasonings Negative: Balcony too basic

Good accommodation but the construction was not expected Positive: Good location, the apartment was super clean and the hospitality of the staff was amazing and helpful. Negative: The building is on construction and no one told us about it, the builders started working from 7am until 4pm, we couldn’t sleep and rest properly as the sound felt like they were inside the apartment working, also we didn’t have any privacy cause they were located outside the windows so we ended closing all the curtains and not opening them back. The parking lot was no available because the construction bin was located in the designated area so we ended up parking on the street and some days super far away as there was not free space.

Positive: Clean, Proximity to beach, public transportation close, lots of dining options within walking distance, good size bedrooms with storage, fully equipped kitchen. Negative: There is significant building work going on which was not communicated prior. We were not allowed to use the balcony and the erected scaffold blocked use of the driveway and garage for parking. $300 cleaning fee is excessive.

Nice apartment but block a major building site and not fit to be let out Positive: The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable in a nice location near the beach and shops Negative: At the time of staying (May2026) the apartment block was a building site with a rubbish chute over the balcony and extreme noise (drilling, hammering etc.) starting from 7am every weekday and lasting much of the day. Parking space not available as occupied by a skip and work vehicles. Building works are planned to last some months and property is not currently suitable for let. I also discovered booking.com do not have customer service to sort this out and the property management couldn't find me alternative accommodation. Won't be using booking.com again as it was a complete nightmare!
