Stylish 2BR Apartment – Walk to Bondi Beach

Desilusión Negative: El aseo no estaba bien realizado, las toallas y sábanas no tenían olor a limpio Los trabajos que estaban realizando en el edificio eran de una envergadura superior El departamento no está en condiciones de ser arrendado El departamento es exquisito es una pena no haberlo disfrutado Se agradece la actitud del anfitrión de realizar un porcentaje de reembolso, por la mala experiencia

Nice apartment but block a major building site and not fit to be let out Positive: The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable in a nice location near the beach and shops Negative: At the time of staying (May2026) the apartment block was a building site with a rubbish chute over the balcony and extreme noise (drilling, hammering etc.) starting from 7am every weekday and lasting much of the day. Parking space not available as occupied by a skip and work vehicles. Building works are planned to last some months and property is not currently suitable for let. I also discovered booking.com do not have customer service to sort this out and the property management couldn't find me alternative accommodation. Won't be using booking.com again as it was a complete nightmare!

Positive: Location was the best part about this property, apart from being really comfy it was super close to the beach and lots of good restaurants.

A great place to stay while visiting the area. Positive: Well equiped, clean, comfortable beds and an easy walk to cafes, shops, and bus stop for the city. About a 10 minute walk to Bondi Beach. Negative: Nothing.

Super spot pour famille ou groupe Positive: Spacieux pour famille de 4 Petites attention et super personnel qui a arrangé qq soucis qui n’était pas de leur fait. Super
